VIDEOGRAPHER/PHOTOGRAPHER

THE ROLE We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Photographer to join our Marketing Team. This role is responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video and photo content to showcase our brand, locations, events, inventory, team culture, and customer experiences across multiple channels. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for visual storytelling, understands brand aesthetics, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Travel to RV locations and events is required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Shoot, edit, and deliver professional-grade video and photography content for digital, social, and internal use. Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product features, team spotlights, and lifestyle content. Maintain a consistent visual brand across all content and platforms. Collaborate with marketing, HR, leadership, and dealership teams to understand content needs and bring ideas to life. Organize and manage photo/video libraries. Edit video using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom/Photoshop. Stay current on trends in digital storytelling, social video, and visual media.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING TO THE TABLE

2+ years of experience in videography and photography (in-house or agency). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop). Experience with professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Strong editing skills and a sharp eye for composition and branding. Excellent communication, time management, and organization. A strong portfolio showcasing video and photo work. Willingness to travel as needed to RV locations and events across the country.
