The Shift Lead oversees operations in the pizza and sub shop within a retail store, ensuring product quality, inventory management, and excellent customer service. This full-time role requires scheduling team members, maintaining product freshness, and assisting customers with meal solutions in a fast-paced environment. As a shift leader overseeing our Pizza and Sub Shop, you’ll work with a team to deliver fresh, great tasting meal solutions for our customers while providing the incredible service our customers have come to know us for! What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the products offered within the department
  • Ensure product levels are sustained with freshness in mind
  • Arrange and display products in an organized and visually appealing manner
  • Adhere to company recipes and cooking techniques to ensure a fresh and consistent outcome
  • Assist with placing orders and counting inventory
  • Assist customers with locating products throughout the department and provide suggestions for meal solutions, when applicable
