At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in:
Schedule(s)- Friday - Tuesday: all shifts 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. (40 hours per week full-time)
- Saturday to Tuesday: all shifts 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. (32 hours per week full-time)
Pay - $17.50 / hour (eligible for company benefits)

About the job: - Excellent customer service is always a top priority.
- Write details reports outlining operations and activities during assigned shift(s).
- Routine foot patrols of the client facility.
- Monitor the client facility for trespassers, theft of client property/materials, or acts of vandalism.
- Use radio or telephone communications to call for assistance from police, fire, or emergency medical services as the situation dictates.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Routines vehicle patrols of client property through the use of a company vehicle during work hours.
- On-the-job training provided.
- Other security duties as assigned.
Your background: - You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
- You have a valid driver's license.
- You’re able to pass an extensive screening process including a motor vehicle record check.
- Ability to follow directions including company policies and guidelines.
- Ability to exercise good judgment.
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work outside when needed.
- You’re good at reading and writing detailed reports.
- Constant physical effort, including standing, walking, and sitting is required during regular work hours at a minimum of eight hours per day.
- Must be able to navigate/walk on uneven surfaces, including natural ground in varying weather conditions.
