Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Licensed Insurance Producer to join our growing team. You won't just be "selling" policies, you will be a consultant for local families and business owners, educating them on risks and tailoring coverage to fit their unique life paths.

If you thrive on building long-term relationships and want the backing of an agency with deep roots and a massive carrier network, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Grow & Maintain: Actively solicit and negotiate new business (Personal and/or Commercial lines) while maintaining high retention with existing clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments for clients to identify gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate products (Auto, Home, Life, Business, etc.).
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for policy reviews, renewals, and client inquiries.
  • Strategic Networking: Build a referral pipeline through community involvement, local networking, and excellent service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our customer service team to ensure a seamless experience from the first quote to the first claim.

Qualifications

  • License Required: Must hold a valid [State] Insurance Producer License (Property & Casualty required; Life & Health preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an insurance agency or sales-driven environment preferred.
  • Values: A community-first mindset with a passion for helping people.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex insurance terms in "plain English."
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with agency management systems and quoting software.
