The Opportunity:
The Field Operations Group (FOG) is responsible for Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of globally dispersed complex systems. Systems include those located at the Pacific Spaceport Complex - Alaska (PSCA) on the island of Kodiak and systems deployed to support PSCA missions. The FOG Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of CACI support to the PSCA and Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) to include strategic and tactical planning, technical and financial performance for current and future missions. The Program Manager also performs execution planning for new contracts currently under evaluation that will be integrated into the FOG, and for establishing a roadmap that outlines FOG growth.
Responsibilities:
Management of Technical and Financial performance associated with CACI's support to Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) and the Pacific Spaceport Complex-Alaska (PSCA)
Collaborate with AAC on development and execution of the PSCA technology roadmap
Collaborate with AAC on marketing PSCA capabilities to potential launch providers
Program initiation/integration activities for contracts identified for inclusion in the FOG
Development and execution of a FOG growth roadmap
Qualifications:
Required:
BA/BS Degree
Minimum 7 years Program/Project Management
Excellent interpersonal communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of complex global data systems
Experience with global operations and field support.
Program/Project financial management across multiple contract types
Proposal experience, specifically responses to IDIQ Task Order Requests
Desired:
Launch support to include Launch Range experience
PMP Certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$98,500-$206,800
