This is a one person "TEAM PLAYER" yacht sales office. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, over achiever, self starter, able to solve problems and have a strong desire to learn and work. The job will require daily office and transaction management, light bookkeeping, interaction with members of the sales team and provide support as well as interaction with other outside sales agents. Take charge attitude, attention to detail, good memory with strong telephone skills. Industry knowledge and experience is a major plus.

•   Responsibilities

·         Multi- deal management

·         Manage listings

·         Manage closings

·         General office duties

·         Assist sales team

·         General bookkeeping utilizing Quickbooks

·         Internet based advertising

·         Social Media

•   Qualifications

·         Experience with administrative and clerical work

·         Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Photo Shop, well-versed in Social Media

·         Strong communication skills

·         Strong ability to multitask multiple duties daily

·         Friendly and upbeat demeanor
