Position Overview:

As an SLPA, you will work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support students with speech and language disorders. Your role will be essential in helping students improve their communication skills and achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
• Conduct assessments and document progress under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Engage students in therapeutic activities to enhance their articulation, language comprehension, and social communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
• Support students in both one-on-one and group settings.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid SLPA license in [State] (e.g., California, Texas, etc.).
• Experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and parents.
