About the Position
As the Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing our marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Leadership, Investment, Growth, and Client Service teams to implement marketing strategies that drive lead generation, improve client engagement, and elevate our brand presence. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of marketing experience to contribute to the growth and success of our firm. You'll work closely with multiple departments to ensure successful project execution and contribute to developing our marketing strategy.
What Youll Do
Content Creation and Management. Develop and write internal and external company newsletters and content. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and distribute high-quality marketing materials, including presentations, email templates, newsletters, whitepapers, and social media content. Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content distribution. You are crafty with your words and know how to pull the right tone and connect with your target audience with your writing.
Campaign Management: Assist in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, social media, webinars, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Interacting with all departments to understand goals and objectives.
Marketing Automation: Support the creation and management of automated marketing workflows, including email nurturing campaigns, event triggers, and client communication.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate data entry, segmentation, and reporting.
Website & Digital Presence: Assist in maintaining the firm's website and digital channels, optimizing for SEO and user experience. Working with outside vendors as need to develop and deliver
Compliance: Liaise with compliance to ensure all marketing materials and communications are compliant with regulatory standards and firm policies.
