Law Office Receptionist (Bilingual)

Job Overview

We are seeking a bilingual receptionist with experience in the legal field. (Spanish/English.)

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Reception Duties: Answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients, managing schedules, and handling inquiries.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Client Interaction: Communicating with clients in both languages, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Document Translation: Translating documents and communications as needed.
• Coordination: Liaising between clients and attorneys to ensure timely communication.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative role in the legal field required.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Technology: Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, legal case management software).
