Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with experience in Packaging Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design and an eye for detail, with a particular interest in K-Pop culture and aesthetics. Experience in packaging design and album packaging is a must, and we are primarily looking for a skilled graphic designer with 3-5 years of experience who is passionate about creating impactful and visually engaging designs. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute creative designs for various branding, marketing, and product packaging materials. Design album packaging, merchandise, and promotional materials for K-Pop artists. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, art direction, and production, to ensure design alignment with overall brand vision. Create designs that are on-brand, visually compelling, and meet production standards. Provide support in creating visual assets for both digital and print media. Maintain consistency across all design outputs while adapting to different K-Pop artist styles and themes. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases your skills and range of work. Experience with album packaging design and other forms of product packaging is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). A keen eye for detail and design trends, with a strong understanding of K-Pop culture and aesthetics. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback. A passion for design, creativity, and the K-Pop industry. Preferred Experience with album packaging design and other forms of product packaging Korean language skills are a plus (preferred but not required).
