National company seeking experienced Platform Specialists for the Williamsville, NY location.
Contract role through end of year, may extend into next year.
1st shift - 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Monday - Friday
$23/hour
Duties:Handling complex transactions outside of the platform
Process customer transactions by updating, correcting or altering requests
Resolve issues with accuracy, speed and tact
Maintain data integrity
Collaborate with the team to optimize processes.
Generate data reports and metrics
Skills and Knowledge:Strong and effective communication
Skilled with MS programs - Outlook and Excel. Power Bi a plus
Able to analyze data to provide insights and trends and be able to communicate that information in a meaningful and understandable way.
Work with urgency, accuracy and maintain organization
Requirements:2 yr. college degree OR
3 yrs experience in a functional field OR
High School Diploma with 5 yrs functional experience
