Job Description
Penino and Moynihan is seeking to hire an Associate Attorney to join its growing Connecticut practice group. This is a full-time position with the possibility of a FULLY REMOTE OR HYBRID SCHEDULE.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload under partner supervision;
• Drafting motions and status reports;
• Regularly handling court appearances and depositions.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school;
• Admitted to practice in Connecticut; New York admission is a plus;
• 1 plus year experience litigating insurance defense cases in Connecticut State courts, including handling depositions;
• Strong organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are required.

Fully Remote or Hybrid schedule possible.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Flexible work from home options available.
