*BCBA Qualifications:*
* Must possess a BCBA certification
* Works well on a team, is fun, engaging, supervises in a positive and collaborative manner; we strive to not be a hierarchical agency, but one centered on thoughtfulness, positivity, collaboration, and effective communication.
* Can “think out-of-the-box” and know how to give high fives and say “great job” in a million different ways
* Most importantly, you must be warm, passionate, excited, and have the potential to be a great leader.

*Position Responsibilities:*
* Supervise RBTs and provide Mentorship on a weekly basis
* Write progress reports in conjunction with the director
* Train new staff and provide on-going trainings
