Qualifications Prior experience in private practice, with a focus on bankruptcy and restructuring. Additional experience in commercial litigation, finance, or a judicial clerkship is preferred. Outstanding legal and academic credentials, exceptional project management capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
