Key Responsibilities : Diagnose and Repair : Efficiently diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, ice machines, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, and more. Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair issues and solutions to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the repair process. Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance of appliances as needed, ensuring all work is completed to company standards. Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers. Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of parts used and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained. Documentation : Accurately document all service and repair activities, including diagnosis, parts used, and time spent on each job.
