ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SUPERVISOR

80-90K

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our AR team. You’ll provide operational support, guide credit and collections activities, and supervise three team members—all while upholding our core values and mission.

Key Objectives

• Support daily AR operations and respond to departmental needs
• Advise the Credit & Collections Team to ensure high-quality financial activities
• Participate in transactional AR tasks and guide team workflows
• Supervise and develop team members through goal setting and performance reviews
• Promote professionalism, urgency, and teamwork across the department

Responsibilities

• Investigate credit applications and recommend approvals or rejections
• Set credit limits and manage special payment terms
• Review collection reports and recommend policy improvements
• Communicate daily tasks and projects to team members
• Ensure accuracy of customer financial records
• Monitor invoice processing and correct errors
• Set performance targets and drive team productivity
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Perform AR transactions and make collection calls
• Maintain detailed records of collection efforts

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of A/R experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Self-motivated and adaptable
