Performs the finishing/painting of furniture units from a kit of components previously prepared and tailored for finishing. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Finishing of products: Product completion per Production Schedule Meet all critical product characteristics and color matching master sample. Maintain work station clean, organized and safe. Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required. Maintain the time sheet accurate and on time. Observe all company policies and standard practices. Participate on all required continuous improvement activities. REQUIRED SKILLS Minimum Qualifications -2+ years of previous experience of wood finishing techniques such: Staining (oil and water base) Toning Sealing Top coating Sanding and buffing. Reading and understanding mixing specifications. Proficient using equipment and hand tools such: Spraying guns. Use of spraying booths. Sanders. Polishing machines. -Comfortable working in a fast paced team environment while managing multiple projects. -Strong attention to detail and flawless results. -Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member - A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency Who We Hire?
