This full-time position is available for those who are highly motivated, and energetic! Our coaches are responsible for client’s success. As a coach, you will educate clients, coach, and hold the clients accountable. Empowering clients will be vital. Coaches are expected to be able to think quickly and provide clients with support and motivation. VitaLife coaches are dedicated to educating clients and invested in helping those around them discover what they’re truly capable of by creating accountability for clients to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. All coaches must undergo a comprehensive training program, we build tight-knit relationships. Training managers are dedicated to the success of each coach and will provide ample feedback as well as trackable goals. Please note, NO prior nutrition experience or certification is required, however healthy living is. Responsibilities: Major Responsibilities

• Retail and/or sales experience/coaching
• Ability to develop positive, collaborative, and professional relationships
• Strong listening, partnering, and motivational skills to understand individual needs
• Demonstrated organizational and multitasking ability
• Basic computer skills and point-of-sale system experience
• Reliable and professional
