Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority is seeking a fully remote full-stack web developer to assist in revamping their R&A website pages.

Illinois is participating in Justice Counts, a national program initiated by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs’ Bureau of Justice Assistance (see the Justice Counts website ). The goal of Justice Counts is to collect and disseminate a set of criminal justice data metrics. Collectively, the metrics pertain to seven criminal justice sectors, selected to encompass a wide range of justice system activity (e.g., law enforcement, courts, prisons). The project requires modifications to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority website. The Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority seeks a part-time full-stack developer to make website modifications that make Justice Counts metrics publicly available and, in so doing, rebrands the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority’s public data presence. Hours are flexible and the work is remote, so the position may be suitable as a side project for a qualified developer. The selected candidate will demonstrate strong website development skills with an emphasis on web content that connects to backend data.
