Job Title: Web Designer

Hours of Operation: 9 am - 5 pm EST

Pay Rate: $33-43/Hour depending on experience

W2 Contract Duration: Oct 2024 - Jan 2025

Work Location: Hybrid; Columbus, OH

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join the team of an industry-leading retail client. This individual contributor role is responsible for designing and updating the website and catalog. The Web Designer will ensure graphical and design consistency across digital platforms, produce digital artwork, and build prototype layouts. The position involves updating and maintaining design templates to keep the brand's visual identity current and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and update website elements and catalog content.
• Ensure graphical consistency across all digital assets.
• Produce digital artwork and build prototype layouts for review.
• Update and maintain design templates based on evolving brand guidelines.
• Assist with daily site updates, including homepage changes, limited-time offers, and delivery coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of graphic design experience and 2-4 years of web design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly XD and Photoshop.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fashion or e-commerce is highly preferred.
• Strong typography skills are a plus.
