The Company is seeking a Vice President of Reroofing to lead and manage all reroofing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure operational efficiency and profitability within the reroofing department. This role involves overseeing all reroofing projects from start to finish, maintaining the highest quality standards, and managing a team of project managers and supervisors. The Vice President of Reroofing will also be expected to liaise with clients, architects, and contractors, monitor industry trends, ensure compliance with regulations, and participate in high-level negotiations and business development activities. Applicants for the Vice President of Reroofing position should have a Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, a minimum of 10 years' of experience in construction project management, and at least 5 years' in a leadership role. A strong background in commercial roofing construction, particularly in reroofing projects, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, and business development skills, as well as a deep understanding of industry regulations and safety standards. Strong communication, interpersonal, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities are also required, along with a commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of construction and reroofing.
