About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Asset Protection, Security, and Safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of enterprise strategies to protect people, property, and brand reputation on a global scale. This role involves overseeing all asset protection, corporate security, incident response, safety, and crisis management programs. The VP will lead a high-performing global team, act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and ensure the safety and security of the company's assets and employees. Key responsibilities include asset protection and loss prevention, corporate security and incident response, health and safety, and analytics and reporting. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced degrees or certifications. A minimum of 15 years' experience in asset protection, safety, risk, and security management is required, with a strong understanding of security principles, technologies, and emergency response protocols. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in managing global security programs, crisis situation handling, and strong ties with international vendors and law enforcement contacts are also essential. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in strategic agility, team development, and a drive for results.
