THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE AS A VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST
As a full-time Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the warm and welcoming face that greets clients and their furry companions, scheduling appointments, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. From processing payments to updating patient charts, your attention to detail and exceptional customer service will shine through in every task. By maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, you'll contribute to a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to top-notch care. As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding our standards and making a difference in the lives of pets and their families.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ask yourself: Are you a compassionate communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Can you juggle multiple tasks while delivering outstanding customer service? If you answered "yes" and meet the requirements listed below, we need you as our full-time Veterinary Receptionist!
● 5+ years of receptionist experience OR at least 1 year of vet reception experience
● Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer software
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
● Compassion and sensitivity towards animals and their owners
● Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team
● Available to work Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications:
● Previous veterinary experience and familiarity with veterinary software
● Genuine interest in animals of all species
WORK SCHEDULE
● Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
● Saturday 8am-12pm
