Location: Northwest Alaska
Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract
Date Range: Fall 2025 through Fall 2026
Compensation: Daily Rate

Key Job Details:

• Assignments : Year-long commitment, rotating 1 month-on, 1 month-off
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; No Weekends!
• Compensation Breakdown:
  • $935.00 daily rate (earned every day on assignment, Mon-Fri)
  • $1402.50 holiday daily rate (limited holidays apply)
  • 2 paid travel days (1 arrival, 1 departure), paid at the daily rate

Responsibilities:

• Patient Volume, Clinic: Averages 10 per day
• Staffing Mix: RNs, Case Managers, MDs, access to a wide variety of specialties
• No call!

Position Requirements:

• Active Alaska State Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Active BLS, ACLS & PALS
• ATLS preferred, but not required
• Active DEA registration
• COVID vaccination with booster
• Excellent Primary and Urgent Care experience and skills
• Must be culturally sensitive and willing to embrace the native community and their culture
