Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Med-Surg Registered Nurse to join a nighttime care team, providing high-quality nursing support in a fast-paced acute care environment. This role requires a dependable and clinically strong RN who is comfortable working independently, assessing patient needs, and delivering evidence-based care throughout the night shift. Candidates must be committed to working NOC shifts, as only those willing to work nights will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered Med-Surg nursing care on the night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately using the CPSI/Evident EMR system
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support patient recovery and safety
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and communication

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (must be current)
• Minimum 3 years of Med-Surg experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Negative TB screen within 12 months of contract start
• Ability and willingness to work NOC shifts only
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills
