\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
\n\nOpportunity:

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work on a 28-bed medical unit with patient ratios of 5-6:1 during days and 6:1 during nights
\n• Every other weekend schedule required (Saturday and Sunday), weekdays flexible
\n• Float PRN, most often between medical-surgical units
\n• Utilize documentation system Meditech for patient records
\n• Work with specialized equipment including Sara Steady, Wound Vac, Tele Health, Virtual Sitter equipment, and remote telemetry
\n• Must have strong assessment skills and experience with IV pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing cabinets
\n• Perform procedures including IV and foley catheter placement
\n• Support unit with unit secretary and 2-3 PCT during day shifts
\n• Required certifications: BLS; NIH and CPI preferred
\n• Follow patient experience requirements including BSSR and hourly rounding
\n• Dress code requires black or royal blue scrubs
