\nInterventional Radiology Tech - IR Tech
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work five 8-hour shifts per 7-day work week, Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
\n• Call responsibilities required (determined based on staffing levels for new service)
\n• Some weekends may be required (determined based on staffing needs)
\n• Provide technical support and assistance during diagnostic and invasive cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures
\n• Perform scrub and hemodynamic monitoring duties with cardiac catheterizations
\n• Conduct vascular and interventional radiology procedures using clinical knowledge and technical skills
\n• Assist in holding area and provide pre, during, and post-procedural patient care
\n• Prepare and maintain all pertinent procedure-related information
\n• Work in 4-6 bed unit utilizing EPIC charting system
\n• Dress code requires scrubs
\n• Graduate from approved school of radiologic technology required
\n• Two years experience in diagnostic and/or interventional cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology lab required
\n• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification or exam eligible at hire
\n• BLS and ACLS certification required
\n• Clinical competence in cardiac physiology/pathology and 12-Lead EKG interpretation required
\n• Knowledge of physiologic monitoring, pacemaker operations, and radiographic equipment related to cardiac care
\n• Complete service partner orientation and department-specific training program
\n• Experience with EPIC charting preferred
