\nConnected Health Care is seeking a Local Travel Hospital Staff Educator for a 13-week contract in Hollister, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced nurse educators to bring their expertise to a dynamic acute care environment while enjoying the unique lifestyle and attractions of the Central Coast.
\n Job Description: \n

\n\t
• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for hospital staff.\n\t
• Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and ensure compliance with hospital policies.\n\t
• Provide ongoing mentorship and support to clinical staff.\n\t
• Facilitate clinical skills training, competency validation, and orientation programs.\n\t
• Monitor and track staff progress and education outcomes.\n\t
• Ensure all educational programs comply with current standards, regulations, and best practices.\n

\n Education & Certification Requirements: \n\n

\n\t
• Successfully completed a nursing program from an accredited institution (e.g., ACEN or CCNE).\n\t
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. \n\t
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an educator in an acute care hospital.\n\t
• Healthcare Instructor Certification required.\n\t
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications within 6 months of hire.\n
