Title Examiner Needed ASAP
Contract to Hire

Flexible hours/schedule!

Reviews real estate title documents to provide clear title reports.
You will obtain title examination materials, review the document information, and create run sheets, which are an index or abstract of all recorded documents affecting the title to a tract of land for a given period of time.
You will also be responsible for providing information regarding the property owners, filed liens, and the legal description of the property assessed under a delinquent tax account.
Review and verification of legal documents including court cases that affect real estate titles.

Qualities required below:

Previous experience is required 1+ years of like experience
Administrative experience is a plus
Title Inc database/software required; Microsoft Office intermediate
Understand and review legal documents
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Time Management skills
Reliable and Punctual
