Title Clerk

DeMontrond Auto Group has an opening for an experienced Title Clerk in our RV Accounting department. This individual will be responsible for out-of-state titles, as well as, Texas titles. Excellent team atmosphere with on the job training.

Job Responsibilities

• Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states).
• Post accounting entries related to all DMV transactions.
• Complete DMV registration paperwork through TitleTec, WebDealer and TitlesDesk.
• Enter all information needed for title administration in computer system.
• Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed.
• Promptly and professionally answer all incoming and internal calls.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission and Value in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

Education And/Or Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
• 1-3 years experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Title work experience (Texas and out-of-state)
• Reynolds and Reynolds and/or CDK/ADP experience/ IDS preferred

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
