About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technology Executive Officer (CTO) to shape and drive our long-term technology and software strategy, aligning it with our dynamic business objectives. In this strategic position, you will oversee the development of cloud-native applications, maintain a secure infrastructure, and establish automation pipelines that foster agile product development.
Your expertise will enhance our operational efficiency and customer experience by integrating machine learning and intelligent automation, while also modernizing legacy systems with a focus on compliance, risk management, and transaction monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have a notable background in technology leadership within fintech, digital banking, or other regulated financial sectors. It is crucial to have extensive executive-level experience in platform modernization, cloud migrations, and software transformation, alongside practical knowledge of application architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
This role also requires a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks within financial services, like AML, KYC, and data privacy. You will play a key role in mentoring both technical and operational teams while driving vendor strategy, forming technology partnerships, and building a high-impact engineering and DevOps organization.
