POSITION : Technical Analyst Integration Specialist (API, Webservice, file integration)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an application analyst to support and enhance our integrations, and product offerings. We operate a SaaS product focusing on logistics and retail operations. This role will extend our existing connections to new trading partners and new systems using Webservice APIs and file based integration techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Read and understand trading partner data specification.
- Coordinate data map updates and new map development.
- Work with trading partner on data transaction mapping analysis and testing.
- Determine root-cause of data transaction errors and take action to resolve and prevent repetitive errors.
- Requires the ability to analyze any given data problem, diagnose it, find its root cause, and then either solve or pass the problem on to the relevant technician or developer.
MANDATORY SKILLS: - Familiarity with database and SQL concepts
- Programming and data mapping experience is a plus
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow meticulous instructions
- Good communication skills
- Good problem solving techniques
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to work well with others, as well as with limited supervision
Demonstrates professionalism and integrity
COMPENSATION, PERKS, LOCATION: Compensation range from $55-$70,000, depending on experience and qualifications

TRAINING: Employees will be well trained to use our existing tools to perform these tasks. The tools include packaged mapping software for file based translations and web portal mapping tools for Webservice integrations.
