Tax Preparer - Business-Focused CPA Firm

The Role

You'll be part of a collaborative tax team, preparing and reviewing a variety of returns, including:

• Form 1120 / 1120-S - Corporate and S-Corp returns
• Form 1065 - Partnerships and LLCs
• Form 990 - Nonprofit entities
• Form 1040 - Individual returns (primarily for business owners and family members)

This is a hands-on role where you'll build relationships with both the team and clients, while also gaining exposure to more complex returns.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of tax preparation experience, preferably in public accounting or a similar environment
• Working knowledge of business returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065) required
• Familiarity with individual and nonprofit returns (1040, 990) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines
• Excellent communication and client-service mindset
• No CPA required-EA or other credentials welcome but not necessary
