Unmatched Earning Potential We offer
one of the most competitive commission structures in the tax industry. Our commission rates start at
7.5% and go up to
20%-and there's
no cap on how much you can earn. We are looking for goal-oriented individuals that want to grow our Tax business by helping grow our Tax Return count. The more tax preparations you do the more you will earn, do 300 taxes and earn a MINIMUM payout of $11,000.

You control how much you make this tax season! If you are looking for employment after Tax Season we have opportunities available. If you just want to work seasonal and the Tax Season only we have Tax Season Tax Preparer positions available for the right candidates.
We also provide hourly pay and performance-based bonuses to further boost your earnings.

Requirements & Day-to-Day Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be:
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy in every return.
- Preferred: An experienced tax preparer who has previously prepared Tax Returns
- Preferred: Bilingual.
- Prepare accurate individual tax returns using our user-friendly software. Identify and explain tax credits and deductions applicable to each client.
- Grow the Tax business by 30 to 50% at your offices or offices
- Able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits: - Commission rates ranging from 7.5% to 20% on tax returns (not capped).
- Hourly pay + Tax Preparation Commission based on performance
- Direct deposit every FRIDAY.
- Long-term Employment is available if wanted
