Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Operations Assistant - Cybersecurity Start-up

Location: Miami (Hybrid)

StealthWatch is excited to partner with an innovative, fast-growing Cybersecurity Start-up as the look to scale their team in their new Miami office. Due to their exciting growth plans this year, they are looking for a Talent acquisition specialist / HR Operations Assistant to join the team and help them with their continued growth.

What You’ll Do:

Talent Acquisition

• Partner with hiring managers to understand roles and team needs.
• Priority focus will be on expanding the SDR/BDR team and always be open to networking with emerging top talent in the market.
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews.

HR Operations

• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and support compliance.
• Assist with benefits, reporting, and day-to-day HR functions.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in recruitment or HR support roles, ideally in Cybersecurity but can be open to technology as a whole too.
• Experience hiring for SDR/BDR roles is a must.
• Familiarity with ATS systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and people-first.
• An outgoing and friendly persona, building relationships with prospective employees, and members of the team should come naturally to you.
