Responsibilities:

1. Assist in overall store operations and be accountable for personal/store sales and developing a high-performing, motivated team.
2. Cultivate a positive environment that supports MobileOne's values.
3. Ensure customers are 100% satisfied and their experience is unforgettable.
4. Manage customer traffic effectively to minimize wait times.
5. Stay on top of rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology and ensure that sales representatives are updated on new products and offerings and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them.
6. Support store operations and ensure compliance with the guidelines set by T-Mobile and MobileOne.
7. Help ensure the store is fully staffed by assisting with the recruiting process and program.
8. Keep the store looking its best for our customers.

Qualifications:

1. Experience managing people, with the ability to lead and coach people to deliver great results.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Capable of standing for extended periods.
5. High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old.
6. Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay:

$14.70 - $32.45 per hour (the pay range above represents hourly wage and potential store bonus).
