Job Description

A Client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with a background in security in the Financial Services industry to manage our IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and cybersecurity for our fully remote workforce. The ideal candidate will have expertise in system administration, security protocols, cloud infrastructure, and managing endpoints (Mac, Windows, and mobile devices).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace).
• Ensure high availability and performance of systems.
• Administer identity and access management (IAM).
• Implement IT policies, security measures, and compliance frameworks.
• Develop and enforce device management policies.
• Oversee endpoint security and device management.
• Automate IT workflows and provide remote support.
• Manage VPNs, firewalls, and remote access policies.

Required Skills and Experience *

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Expertise in endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE)
• Strong experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux administration
• Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and frameworks
• Experience managing firewalls, VPNs, and network security tools
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and financial industry security compliance

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Security – Specialty)
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
