Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the firm’s concepts and what places us above others in the industry.

• Share your enthusiasm for exceeding client expectations with clear communication, attention to detail, and timely execution of deliverables.

• Develop an understanding of the nature of assurance work and the differentiators between compilations, reviews, audits, and consulting/advisory services.

• Complete specific assignments under supervision in a technically competent manner within allotted timeframe.

• Elevate your audit and accounting skills through exposure to professional standards, policies, and procedures.

• Elevate your organizational and productivity skills using automation.

• Develop working knowledge of the CPA firm tech stack: MS Office suite, Workflow Software, computer-assisted auditing techniques, time and billing, tax prep. filing software, emerging AI-enabled solutions, and more.

• Gain hands-on professional services experience, practical skills, industry knowledge, and professional connections, enhancing your career readiness and marketability for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree bachelor’s and or Master’s. Area of Study: Accounting, Finance

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus but not required.

• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Excel and Word.
