Job Description
Primary Duties / Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze reports for the business unit and ensure that all business unit financial reporting is accurate according to currently accepted financial practices
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Generate and support key business performance metrics
- Perform cost accounting analysis as required
- Be a primary point of contact for site controllers and other accountants related to cost accounting
- May participate in or oversee regular inventory cycle counts
The qualified candidate will be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a degree focus in Finance or Accounting. Introductory level Accounting/Finance classes must be complete to be qualified for this internship.
