Studio Manager/Lead VSP

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

 

Be the team lead to help build an exciting new business at the forefront of a new wave in the fitness industry – assisted stretching!

 

This is the kind of position that will utilize your talents help people of all ages move freely and live fully. This position is an excellent fit for someone who is passionate about wellness, sales, marketing, community involvement, and customer service.

 

The Studio Manager/Lead VSP is responsible for driving introductory and membership sales, nurturing community partnerships and maintaining all functions of the studio. This is a full-time, on-site position that oversees studio operations to ensure continued success, you will mainly report to the Franchise Owners.

 

The Studio Manager should be committed to creating an easy and enjoyable experience for our clients. We’re looking for someone with a passion for community involvement, networking and growing our brand awareness through organic social media marketing. We are looking for someone to work closely with the Franchise Owners to exemplify our mission and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Vital Stretch.

REQUIREMENTS

 

The Studio Manager must have the ability to convert first-timers into members, nurture client relationships and increase client retention.

 

• 1-2 years of fitness sales, membership sales or equivalent experience.
• Will obtain NASM certification in the Stretching and Flexibility Coach program
• Certification through C-Developers as a lead VSP (Vital Stretch Practitioner)
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work on-site.
• Ability to drive multiple revenue streams, including but not limited to, introductory clients, memberships, retail, add-on services.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess a situation and pivot accordingly.
• Must be a self-starter, with the ability to independently guide a client through the sales funnel.
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
• Must have solid written and grammar skills.
• Must have some experience managing social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Professional, punctual, and reliable.
• Experience with G-Suite is strongly preferred.
• A passion for the fitness industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

 

DUTIES

 

• Attend events both in-studio and in the area, representing The Vital Stretch as both a studio manager and lead VSP
• Fully trained in the Vital Stretch Method and leading the VSP team with oversight of the Method itself

• Lead generation including GrassRoots Marketing and Networking
• Manage staff schedules
• Assist with Social Media Marketing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Monitor studio technology, flagging any functionality issues to the appropriate team member
• Plan and execute local events
• Find new and maintain existing strategic partnerships with local businesses
• Help promote sales by distributing print collateral to surrounding businesses
• Supervise our Sales Associate(s) and Vital Stretch Practitioners (VSPs)
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Enforce our policies and procedures, ensuring all appropriate forms are signed
• Ensure administrative supplies and branded collateral are stocked and displayed appropriately.
• Manage appropriate marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Working with Co-Developers on setting monthly, weekly and daily targets for meeting the goals of the territory.

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $50,000-$60,000
