One of the largest staffing firms in the State of Texas has expanded to the Phoenix AZ area! We are seeking Staffing Recruiters with a minimum of 2 years experience immediately for our West Valley location. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission pay.
Duties:
•Performs employee recruitment activity through individual networking, other employees and as company representative by participating in job fairs, career day activities, attending professional and trade associations, and arranging for advertising in publications favorable to recruiting qualified applicants.
•Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
•Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
•Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
•Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
•Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
•Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
•Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Must be able to work early or stay late when needed. Must be on available on a rotation basis with other recruiters to handle being "on call" on the weekends and holidays.

•Must be able to pass the background check.
•Must have reliable transportation.
•Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
