DESCRIPTION

Own coordinating Modify’s traffic strategies on and off Amazon.com to raise customer awareness of the program. You will work across Amazon’s traffic teams to coordinate a unified awareness building strategy.

Modify by Amazon Merch on Demand is a new offering that allows customers to customize apparel products and then have them printed and shipped via Prime.

This role will be focused on coordinating Merch on Demand's efforts to raise awareness of the new program. The program manager will own Modify's overall traffic strategy, focused on ways of leveraging existing Amazon resources to raise awareness of the program.

Key job responsibilities
• Own the overall traffic plan for Modify
• Develop, execute, and refine the digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and acquisition of new customers.
• Partner with product and tech to drive customer-centric product improvements and influence new feature introduction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
