The Amazon Leo Electronic Supply Chain team is seeking a Sr Operations Technical Program Manager to drive technical manufacturing and supply chain operations Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) destined for our satellites. The successful candidate will manage contract manufacturers' end-to-end production processes while maintaining an uncompromising focus on quality and delivery requirements.
**This position will be based on site in Carson City, Nevada.**
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive PCBA supply chain execution and strategies to support high-volume satellite production while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, delivery and risk mitigation
• Lead supplier qualification, and relationship management for complex, high-reliability PCBA manufacturing
• Drive technical alignment between design teams, manufacturing partners, and quality engineering to optimize PCBA manufacturability and yield
• Create and manage contingency plans for supply chain disruptions, including multi-sourcing strategies and geographical risk diversification
• Partner with engineering and hardware teams to influence PCB design decisions that impact supply chain resilience
• Lead cross-functional programs to qualify new PCBA technologies and manufacturing processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
