- Minimum of 5 years of project Management experience, preferably in divestitures and or health care
- Knowledge - Familiarity with divestiture process and applications like Medhost, Cerner, Pulse
- Technical skills - Proficiency in Project Management tools and software
We are seeking an experienced Program/Senior Project Manager to lead divestiture projects from initiation to closure. The
successful candidate will oversee the separation of assets, services, or business units, ensuring timely, within-budget and compliant execution. The Divestiture Project Manager will coordinate cross functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive project deliverables to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning*: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting objectives, timelines and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management*: Engage with senior leadership, functional teams, external parties to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Team Leadership*: Guide cross-functional teams, providing direction, support and coaching to ensure successful project execution.
*4.** **Risk Management: *Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with Divestiture Projects
5. *Compliance:* Ensure adherence to the IT-TSA, organizational policies, and legal obligations.
- 6.** **Financial Management*: Determine monthly buyers cost by comparing the GL and the application support for a facility. Tracking SOWs for any expenses requested by the Buyer.
- 7.** **Due-Diligence: *Collecting the Due-Diligence information pertaining to a facility (hardware/Software/Application support) in the timely
manner.
*8.** **Pre-Sale: *Responsible for all the pre-sale activities pertaining to divestiture to prepare the facility for the
cut-over. This will include, but is not limited to working with Business Partners, Buyer representatives, Security team, Infrastructure team and Database team.
9. *Cut-Over*: Works closely with the Buyer, Security to ensure that the cut-over is smooth with minimal disruption at the facility.
*10.** **Post TSA Support: *Responsible for all the support activities to ensure that we are providing the support as per the guidelines
outlined in the IT-TSA. Works closely with the Buyer to help facilitate any data extraction requested by the buyer, by working with the Buyer’s Third Party
Vendor and ensuring all the documents (Letter of Agreement) is signed and accepted before the data extraction. All appropriate back-up and storage
is accounted for by the team. Dry run for the disconnect is conducted a month before the actual termination. Ensures that the termination letter is signed and agreed by the Buyer and finally schedules the termination as per the guidelines and procedures outlined.
