Brokerage Sales Representative Cradle to Grave (Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

About The Role: Were seeking experienced, self-motivated Brokerage Sales Representatives with a transferable book of business. This is a cradle-to-grave role with full autonomy perfect for someone who thrives in a results-driven, low-micromanagement environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Use your existing book of business to manage and grow Full Truckload (FTL) brokerage freight
• Oversee the full freight lifecyclefrom prospecting and quoting to booking, tracking, and final delivery
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with shippers and carriers
• Partner with internal teams to offer integrated asset-based and 3PL transportation solutions

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in freight brokerage sales
• A portable book of business ready to activate on Day 1 or a strong track record of building accounts from the ground up
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
