At ProActive Physical Therapy in Denver/Aurora, CO, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic sports physical therapist to join our team that thrive on improving individual performance one patient at a time. Position Summary:

• Provide Physical Therapy to patients inside of a sports fitness hockey arena with the clientele a mix of hockey athletes but also the general ortho population
• Create individualized care plans for each treatment
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
