General expectations

• Must be licensed in Arizona
• Hours 7:45-4:00, Monday-Friday, for full-time positions
• Hours 7:45-4:00, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, for part-time
• Follow the weekly duty schedule
• Participate in staff development opportunities
• Attend staff meetings monthly
• Participate in Pathways community-building events
• Meet weekly with the supervising SLP

Therapy

Provide direct student therapy

• 1:1 direct therapy per the direction of the SLP following the student's IEP
• Communication Lab small group therapy - (Internal language curriculum)
• Weekly social skills small group instruction under the direction of SLP (will train for the curriculum)

IEP responsibilities

• Maintain detailed session notes with accurate data collection
• Report progress and service notes for IEP goals quarterly under the supervision and support of the SLP
• Provide input and information to the supervising SLP

Compensation

• Depends on experience, ranging from 1st year-new graduate SLPA $27/hr and up based on experience and training
