Sous Chef – French Restaurant

$75,000 - $80,000 + Bonus

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The Sous Chef will manage and develop the kitchen staff, ensure consistent quality and presentation of food. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Supervise, train, and coach kitchen staff
• Manage food production, quality, and presentation
• Uphold standard operations procedures to ensure quality, safety and sanitation
• Support the Executive Chef with scheduling, ordering, inventory
• Other duties as dictated by Executive Chef in order to run smooth operations

BACKGROUND PROFILE :

• 2+ years of experience as an Sous Chef $3M+ upscale-casual French or Continental cuisine restaurant
• Experience in running smooth kitchen operations to consistently produce high quality food
• Display strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to lead, motivate and develop teams
• Local candidates only
