Experienced Solar Panel Installer: We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable individuals with strong mechanical skills to mount solar panels and associated parts on rooftops of homes and businesses. This position is for EXPERIENCED solar panel installers who are ready to install solar panels on rooftops after learning our way of doing things. A good attitude and focus on quality work are critical to an applicant's success.

Assistance with home battery installations and other solar-related tasks will be necessary. We also do off-grid installations that require travel to local barrier islands. 

Unlike other solar companies, we provide all the required tools. We do this to ensure consistency and the right tools being used for the job. In return, we just expect that you treat our property with respect.

The job starts at our warehouse each day. You are responsible for loading the proper tools and materials for the assigned job. Travel to the jobsite in our trucks and return at a reasonable hour to allow a good work-life balance and avoid burnout.

Starting wage is determined based on experience, with immediate opportunity for increase as productivity and skills are demonstrated.

We require the following:

• Must be reliable - show up on time.
• Work hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM with occasional/rare overtime.
• Must be able to safely work on rooftops and climb ladders.
• Ability to work extended hours in heat and sun.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Focus on productivity while maintaining top-quality work.
• Good character, trustworthy.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with no serious infractions.

Helpful skills and traits (not requirements):

• Roofing experience, knowledge of roof types and construction.
• Electrical experience (however, this is NOT primarily an electrician's position).
• Plumbing experience, installing and solvent welding PVC pipe (we also install solar pool heaters).
• Leadership skills.
