Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Comprehensive Brand Marketing Plans:
Based on the company’s strategic development, create and implement a comprehensive, omnichannel brand marketing plan. Oversee and establish local marketing teams, ensuring the effective execution of strategies.
- Oversee Integrated Marketing for Overseas Markets:
Coordinate the overall marketing efforts for the company's overseas markets. Identify and define product selling points and integrate marketing strategies. Plan the annual market communication and budget management, and review and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Market Research and Analysis:
Collect and analyze overseas market information to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing support for the formulation of marketing strategies.
- Social Media Management:
Oversee the operation of the brand's social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Develop annual and monthly plans, guide the creation of social media content, plan marketing activities, optimize social media visuals, and enhance brand exposure.
- Influencer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management:
Independently develop resources across platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as offline influencers. Build a resource database and network of influencers, communicate and approve influencer content, establish business partnerships, maintain long-term, stable relationships with high-quality influencers, and enhance brand influence.
- Event Marketing Planning and Execution:
Plan, prepare, execute, and optimize themed marketing events (including but not limited to music festivals, cross-industry collaborations, etc.).
- Creative Marketing Content:
Conceptualize and produce creative marketing content, generate high-quality communication materials, and integrate internal and external media resources to increase product exposure.
- Data Analysis and Trend Monitoring:
Utilize data analysis and trend monitoring to identify market trends, track competitor activities, optimize the operational process, and provide content creation suggestions.
- Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams:
Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with sales goals.
- Team Management:
Manage team personnel, plan and manage the market budget, empower the team, and oversee performance management.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $25-$27 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
Work Schedule: 8:30 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday with 0.5 hour for lunch from 12pm – 12:30 pm. Occasional weekends and afterhours depending on events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Internet Marketing, Journalism, Media, or a related field, or comparable education/experience.
- 2+ years in mid-level to senior marketing roles, with a proven track record of leadership in social media marketing, content marketing, customer engagement & retention, creative project management, strategic planning, campaign management, and team leadership.
- Experience in scaling Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube account followers and engagement.
- Demonstrable experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to seamlessly integrate digital media into broader marketing initiatives.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, retention marketing, or CRM within the digital subscription, direct-to-consumer, or media industry.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation strategies, and personalized marketing tactics.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset, able to inspire and manage teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in developing and executing breakthrough marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A driven team player with a bias for action; eager to get hands dirty and drive projects to completion.
